Further to <A class=content href="http://www.cnq.ca/Page.asp?PageID=122&amp;ContentID=1406">Bulletin 2007-0510</A> the CUSIP number has been amended - see below. 
The common shares of Triple Dragon Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNQ. Following the Initial Public Offering of 1.6 million common shares at $0.25 per share, there are 22.425 million common shares outstanding with a public float of 2.425 million common shares. Union Securities Limited acted as Agent on the Offering.
 Pursuant to CNQ Policies, the Company will be designated a Thin Float Issuer at the time of listing. 
Triple Dragon's business objective is to enter the convention and exhibition business in Macau, Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China. The Company plans to produce its own convention shows and to provide services to venue operators, other show producers and exhibitors.
