The common shares of Micromem Technologies Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Micromem has approximately 83.5 million shares outstanding with a public float of 81.3 million shares. 
Micromem is engaged in the development of memory technology having the characteristic of non-volatility, which is the ability to retain information after power has been shut off. Its technology is based on its ability to use magnetic materials in combination with a sensor to record the "state of magnetization".
