The common shares of Gravis Energy Corp. have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 21,294,025 common shares outstanding with a public float of 5.74 million shares.
Gravis Energy, through its wholly owned subsidiary, holds a 10% interest in a consortium which includes Korea Hydro &amp; Nuclear Power Co. Ltd., Korea Nuclear Fuel Co. Ltd., Hanwha Corporation and Korea Electric Power Corporation. &nbsp;This consortium has the exclusive right to earn up to a 50% interest in the Waterbury Lake Property located in the Province of Saskatchewan from Fission Energy Ltd.
