			December 22, 2010VisionSky Corp. has announced a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each fifteen (15) existing common shares. Fractional shares will be cancelled.&nbsp; The&nbsp;consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 1,151,286 common shares. The effective date for the consolidation is December 29, 2010.&nbsp; The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Thursday December 23, 2010.&nbsp; &nbsp; 
Open orders for VisionSky Corp will be purged from the trading system at the close of business on December 22, 2010. &nbsp;CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp; 
The common shares of&nbsp;VisionSky have been assigned a new CUSIP number, 92833V200. The trading symbol will remain "VKY"
