The common shares of Charlotte Resources Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Following an Initial Public Offering of 5 million shares at a price of $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $1 million, there are 25,051,797 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 11.2 million shares. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as Agent on the Offering.

Charlotte Resources is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and, if warranted, development of natural resource properties of merit. The Company holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Ash Property pursuant to its Option Agreement.
