Berkley Resources Inc. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on a one (1) share for every ten (10) shares basis (the &ldquo;consolidation&rdquo;) and change its name to Berkley Renewables Inc.&nbsp; As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,613,948. 
At opening of trading on April 16, 2012, the shares will trade under the new name with a new CUSIP number, however the symbol will not change. 
Effective Date: Monday, April 16, 2012 
Symbol: BKS 
NEW CUSIP: 084494103 
NEW ISIN: CA 0844941033
