Stealth Energy Inc. has announced a name change to Blackstream Energy Corporation and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares. Stealth Energy will not issue any fractional Common Shares as a result of the consolidation. &nbsp;Instead, all fractional shares equal or greater to one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number. &nbsp;The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 13,208,000 common shares.
The post-consolidated common shares of Blackstream Energy Corporation. will begin trading on May 4, 2012. &nbsp;The Company will trade under the new symbol "BEC".
Dealers should be aware that open orders on "SLH" will not be transferred to "BEC", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "BEC" taking into account the share consolidation.
