Kokomo Enterprises Inc. has announced a name change to High 5 Ventures Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each fifteen (15) pre-consolidation common shares effective August 31, 2012.&nbsp;&nbsp;Fractional shares of 0.5 and higher will be rounded up and less that 0.5 will be cancelled. As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,105,008 
The common shares of High 5 Ventures Inc. will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Wednesday, August 29, 2012.&nbsp; The Company will trade under the new symbol "HHH".
