Following an Initial Public Offering of 1.667 million shares at a price of $0.15 per share for gross proceeds of $250,000, there are 7,492,000 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 2.5 million shares. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as Agent on the Offering.
