St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Inc., has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of 6.5 current shares for 1 new share. Any fractional shares resulting from the Consolidation will be converted to whole shares.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 15,932,632. 
 
The record date for the share consolidation is Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on Monday, April 22, 2013.&nbsp; 
 
The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Tuesday, April 23, 2013. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
