Hilltown Resources Inc. has announced a name change to Anexco Resources Ltd. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each five (5) pre-consolidation common shares effective June 19, 2013. Any fractional shares resulting from the Consolidation will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. As a result the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,839,580. 
The common shares of Anexco Resources Ltd. will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. The Company will trade under the new symbol "AXO". 
CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders under the new symbol and taking into account the share consolidation.
