At the request of the Company, the common shares of ESI Entertainment Systems Inc.&nbsp;will be delisted at the market close today, October 31, 2013. 
Per the recent <a href="http://www.cnsx.ca/cmsAssets/docs/Filings/2013/ESY_Approval_of_Final_Order_for_Plan_of_Arrangement.pdf" target="_blank">press release issued by the Company</a>, on October 28th the security holders of ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. approved a going private transaction effected by way of a plan of arrangement to be completed on or before October 31, 2013.
