November 12, 2013 
GreenBank Capital Inc. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of five (5) current shares for 1 new share. Any fractional share remaining after giving effect to the aforementioned consolidation that is less than one-half of one share shall be deemed to be cancelled and each fractional share that is at least one-half of one share shall be deemed to be changed to one whole share. 
&nbsp;As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,142,460. The record date and effective date for the share consolidation is November 15, 2013. 
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on November 13, 2013. The name and symbol will not change. 
 
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, November 12, 2013. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
