Urbana Corporation has declared a dividend on its common and non-voting Class A shares of $0.05 per share payable March 17, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 3, 2014.
The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an &ldquo;eligible dividend&rdquo; for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Urbana will begin trading ex-dividend on February 27, 2014.
