Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Global Hemp Group Inc. have been approved for listing. Global Hemp Group Inc. is the resulting issuer of a Fundamental Change of Arris Holdings Inc.
The symbol AAF will be delisted at the close of market today, March 24, 2014. The company will trade under the new name and symbol starting March 25, 2014. 
All outstanding orders on AAF will be cancelled. Dealers are advised to verify and re-enter open orders under the new symbol GHG.
