High 5 Ventures Inc. &nbsp;has announced a name change to 37 Capital Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of six (6) current shares for one (1) new share. &nbsp;All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number. &nbsp;&nbsp;

As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,067,724&nbsp;.&nbsp;

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol on July 7, 2014.&nbsp;

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Friday, July 04, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.&nbsp;
