2014-0701 – Name Change and Consolidation – High 5 Ventures Inc. (HHH)

High 5 Ventures Inc.  has announced a name change to 37 Capital Inc. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of six (6) current shares for one (1) new share.  All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.   

As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,067,724 . 

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol on July 7, 2014. 

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on Friday, July 04, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
