Network Oncology Inc. announces a name change to Network Life Sciences Inc. &nbsp;and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a three (3) old to one (1) new basis. &nbsp;No fractional common shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation, and any fractional common shares that would otherwise be issued will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 26,836,410.
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on June 23, 2015. Please note the symbol will not change.&nbsp;
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, June 22, 2015. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.&nbsp;
