CSE has received notice that Wolverton Securities Ltd. (“Wolverton”) and PI Financial Corp. (“PI”) have entered into an agreement whereby PI will acquire the assets of Wolverton.  The combined assets will operate under PI Financial Corp. (“PI”), broker code 059 effective June 19, 2016.

Wolverton Securities Ltd. will terminate its status as a Dealer effective June 17, 2016.  Wolverton Securities Ltd. traded under broker code 095.
