On March 18, 2016, the CSE received notice that Global Securities Corporation (“Global”) and PI Financial Corp. (“PI”) entered into a definitive agreement whereby PI will acquire and integrate all Global client accounts into its retail brokerage operation.  PI Financial Corp. (“PI”) will continue to trade under broker code 059.

Global Securities Corporation will terminate its status as a Dealer effective September 23, 2016.  Global Securities Corporation traded under broker code 054.
