	The common shares of Nexco Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	The shares will be deemed to be listed on May 4 2017, in anticipation of closing the Prospectus Offering.&nbsp;

	Trading will commence on May 9, 2017, subject to confirmation of closing.

	Nexco Resources Inc. (“Nexco”) is a mineral resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The sole mineral resource property interest of Nexco at the present time is the Berger-Golden Eagle Mineral property located near South Central British Columbia.
