	Spey Resources Corp. (“Spey”) is a junior mineral exploration company. Spey is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties. Spey has an option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in, subject only to a 3% NSR, the Standfast Wigwam property, consisting of 8 contiguous mineral titles covering an area of 1019.43 hectares, located approximately 19.5 kilometres southeast of Revelstoke in southeast British Columbia, Canada.
