	Hiku has announced that shareholders have passed a resolution to approve the Corporation’s <a href="https://webfiles.thecse.com/PressRelease10_01494489xD7EDD.pdf?WoLuWVUofxofVFzMpoNt8.cHgYYJ.qHA">previously announced</a> plan of arrangement with Canopy Growth Corporation.

	Trading will be halted&nbsp;at noon on August 31, 2018 and the common shares will&nbsp;be delisted market close on September 6, 2018.

	La négociation sera interrompue à midi le 31 août 2018 et les actions ordinaires seront retirées de la cote du marché le 6 septembre 2018.
