	The common shares of Crest Resources Inc., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	The Company is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in Canada. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Red Metal Ridge Property.&nbsp; The Red Metal Ridge Property is comprised of six contiguous mineral titles covering an area of 1381.50 hectares, located 74 kilometres northwest of the town of Campbell River and 12 kilometres southwest of the town of Sayward on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
