	Beleave Inc. has announced a seven for one stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive six additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on November 6, 2018.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 419,215,391 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on November 5, 2018. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the seven-for-one stock split.

	Beleave Inc. a annoncé le fractionnement à raison de sept pour un de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres recevra six actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue à cette date.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base fractionnée (hors distribution) le 6 novembre 2018.

	À la fin de la scission, il y aura environ 419 215 391 actions émises et en circulation.
