	Agrios Global Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) is a data analytics driven agricultural technology, services and property management company, providing real property and equipment for lease and enhanced ancillary services to the agricultural and cannabis industries in the State of Washington. The Company’s mission is to enable licensed cultivators of cannabis and/or other agricultural crops to enhance both crop quality and yields through proprietary knowledge and the use of clean technology and tools.
