	The common shares of Terranueva Corporation, previously listed as Axe Exploration Inc., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/terranueva-corporation">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Terranueva Corporation and its subsidiary are licenses applicant under the Cannabis Act and the Cannabis Regulations. Once the licenses have been obtained from Health Canada, the focus of Terranueva is to produce medicinal and recreational cannabis in an environment inspired by GMP pharma standards at its indoor facility located in province of Québec. In doing so, Terranueva will strive to deliver the highest standards of efficiency, quality and stability to its products for related therapeutic cannabis treatments such as chronic pains, migraines, sleeping disorders or anxiety.

	Corporation Terranueva et sa filiale sont des demandeurs de licences au sens de la loi sur le cannabis et du règlement sur le cannabis. Une fois que les licences ont été obtenues de Santé Canada, Terranueva se concentre sur la production de cannabis à des fins médicales et récréatives dans un environnement inspiré par les normes GMP pharma dans ses installations intérieures situées dans la province de Québec.
