	The common shares of EXMceuticals Inc., previously listed as Orofino Minerals Inc., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/exmceuticals-inc">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	EXMceuticals Inc. (“EXM”) is a cannabis company with a head office in Vancouver, British Columbia and operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. EXM’s activities are focused on the sustainable cultivation of cannabis and hemp, and the production of pharmaceutical&nbsp;grade,&nbsp;psychotropic and non-psychotropic&nbsp;cannabis and hemp ingredients for the pharmaceutical, therapeutical and nutraceutical industries. &nbsp;EXM is in the process of obtaining additional licenses and establishing operations across multiple sites in Africa, including Ethiopia, Malawi, Zambia and Burundi.&nbsp; In addition, EXM is in the process of obtaining a license in Portugal for the establishment of a research laboratory, a nursery, and a center for processing and distribution.&nbsp; EXM proposes to export the extracted ingredients to international markets.
