	The common shares of MPX International Corporation have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/life-sciences/exmceuticals-inc">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	MPX International will be listed February 4, 2019. Trading to commence upon confirmation of closing the plan of arrangement.

	MPX International Corporation is focused on developing and operating assets across the global cannabis industry with an emphasis on cultivating, manufacturing and marketing products which include cannabinoids as their primary active ingredient.
