	Qwick Media Inc. is in default of CSE requirements. Effective immediately,&nbsp;Qwick Media will be suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.&nbsp;</p>
