	Global Gaming Technologies Corp.&nbsp; has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation&nbsp; Common&nbsp; Share&nbsp; for&nbsp; every&nbsp; ten (10) pre-consolidation Common Shares.&nbsp; No&nbsp; fractional&nbsp; shares&nbsp; will be&nbsp; issued&nbsp; and&nbsp; any&nbsp; fractions&nbsp; of&nbsp; a&nbsp; share&nbsp; will&nbsp; be&nbsp; rounded down to&nbsp; the&nbsp; nearest&nbsp; whole&nbsp; number. &nbsp;

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 118,748,696 .

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on March 18, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on March 15, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Global Gaming Technologies Corp. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour dix (10) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation. Aucune fraction d'action ne sera émise et toute fraction d'action sera arrondie au nombre entier inférieur le plus proche.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 118 748 696.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 18 mars 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 15 mars 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
