	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;www.thecse.com&nbsp;on the trading date.

	The Issuer’s primary business involves providing activities ancillary to the cannabis production and processing industry in the states of Washington, Oregon and California. This includes providing services and non-cannabis material, the leasing of production equipment and the licensing of intellectual property. In addition, the Issuer also derives revenue from providing operating and marketing support, consulting, advisory fees, branded containers, packaging and labeling, and leasing transportation equipment to licensed cannabis entities.
