	ThreeD Capital Inc., has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) new common share for every three (3) existing common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 49,580,759 .

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on May 16, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on May 15, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	ThreeD Capital Inc. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d’une (1) nouvelle action ordinaire pour trois (3) actions ordinaires existantes.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 49 580 759.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 16 mai 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 15 mai 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
