	Grand Peak Capital Corp. has announced a three (3) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. &nbsp;Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will received two additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on May 16, 2019.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 108,557,940 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on May 15, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the three-for-one stock split.
