	Willow Biosciences Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for each twenty-five (25) pre-consolidation Common Shares (the "Consolidation")

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 69,350,763.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on May 21, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on May 17, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Willow Biosciences Inc. a annoncé un regroupement de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour chaque vingt-cinq (25) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation (le "regroupement")

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 69 350 763.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 21 mai 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 17 mai 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
