	Cannvas MedTech Inc. has announced and name change to Eurolife Brands Inc. and a four (4) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive three (3) additional shares for each share held on such date.

	The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on August 14, 2019.

	Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 348,204,444 shares issued and outstanding.

	All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on August 13, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the four for one stock split.

	Cannvas MedTech Inc. a annoncé le changement de nom d’Eurolife Brands Inc. ainsi que le fractionnement de quatre (4) actions pour un (1) de ses actions ordinaires émises et en circulation. Chaque actionnaire inscrit à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres recevra trois (3) actions supplémentaires pour chaque action détenue à cette date.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base fractionnée (hors distribution) le 14 août 2019.

	À la fin de la scission, il y aura environ 348 204 444 actions émises et en circulation.

	Toutes les commandes en cours seront purgées du livre à la clôture du marché le 13 août 2019. Nous rappelons aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte du fractionnement de quatre actions pour une.
