Green Growth Brands Inc. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") have been approved for listing.
Each Warrant shall entitle the holders thereof to purchase common shares on the basis of one common share for each warrant upon payment of the Exercise Price of $3.50, subject to the terms of the indenture.
