	The common shares of Volatus Capital Corp. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties. Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Sunset Copper Star Property.&nbsp; The Sunset Copper Star Property is comprised of two contiguous mineral titles covering an area of 1,138.15 hectares, located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, approximately 19 kilometres northwest of the city of Campbell River in the Nanaimo Mining Division.
