	Zenith Exploration Inc. has announced that the Company has established September 13, 2019 as the share distribution record date (the “Share Distribution Record Date”) for the purpose of determining shareholders of the Company entitled to receive common shares of High Point Exploration Inc. and Top Exploration Inc. pursuant to the plan of arrangement dated May 28, 2019 (the “Arrangement”).

	Each Zenith Shareholder will continue to be a shareholder of the Company and each Zenith Shareholder as of the Share Distribution Record Date will receive one common share of High Point Exploration Inc. and one common share of Top Exploration Inc. with respect to every five common shares of Zenith.

	Zenith Exploration Inc. a annoncé que la Société a établi le 13 septembre 2019 comme date d'enregistrement de la distribution d'actions (la « date d'enregistrement de la distribution d'actions ») afin de déterminer les actionnaires de la Société ayant le droit de recevoir des actions ordinaires de High Point Exploration Inc. et Top Exploration Inc. conformément au plan d'arrangement daté du 28 mai 2019 (l'« Arrangement »).

	Chaque actionnaire de Zenith continuera d'être actionnaire de la Société et chaque actionnaire de Zenith à compter de la date d'enregistrement de la distribution d'actions recevra une action ordinaire de High Point Exploration Inc. et une action ordinaire de Top Exploration Inc. à l'égard de chaque cinq actions ordinaires de Zenith.
