	Trackloop Analytics Corp. &nbsp;has announced a name and symbol change to Tracker Ventures Corp. (TKR). And a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of twenty (20) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,212,632.

	The shares will begin trading&nbsp;under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on October 25, 2019.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on October 24, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.
