	Copper Reef Mining Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis&nbsp; of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 19,436,630.&nbsp; Each fractional post-consolidation common share resulting from the foregoing consolidation shall be converted into a whole common share.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on November 14, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on November 13, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Copper Reef Mining Corp. a annoncé la consolidation de ses actions émises et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour dix (10) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 19 436 630. Chaque fraction d’action ordinaire post-consolidation résultant de la consolidation qui précède doit être convertie en une action ordinaire entière.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 14 novembre 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 13 novembre 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
