	Link is engaged in the business of providing infrastructure and operating expertise for cryptocurrency mining and blockchain technology, and of locating and securing, for lease and option to purchase, properties with access to low-cost reliable power and deploying the low-cost power to conduct digital mining and to supply energy for other data hosting services.&nbsp; Link is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia and carries out cryptocurrency mining activities in Boardman, Oregon, USA and Beaver Falls, British Columbia.&nbsp; It mines cryptocurrency coins with its own computing power.
