	Subscribe Technologies Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis&nbsp; of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,803,919.&nbsp; No fractional Common Shares will be issued upon the Consolidation.&nbsp; Each fractional common share equal to or greater than 0.5 common shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole common share and each fractional common share less than 0.5 common shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole common share

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on November 14, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on November 13, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 5 803 919. Aucune fraction d’action ordinaire ne sera émise lors du regroupement. Chaque fraction d’action ordinaire égale ou supérieure à 0,5 action ordinaire sera arrondie à l’action ordinaire la plus proche et toute fraction d’action ordinaire comportant moins de 0,5 action ordinaire sera arrondie à l’action ordinaire la plus proche.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 14 novembre 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fermeture des bureaux le 13 novembre 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
