	Rise Gold Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 22 million shares.&nbsp;

	The reverse split will result in each outstanding ten pre-reverse split shares automatically combining into one new share without any action on the part of shareholders.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on December 16, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on December 13, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Rise Gold Corp. a annoncé une consolidation de ses actions émises et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour dix (10) actions ordinaires pré-consolidation.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 22 millions d'actions.

	Le fractionnement inversé se traduira par chacune des dix actions pré-fractionnées en circulation se combinant automatiquement en une nouvelle action sans aucune action de la part des actionnaires.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 16 décembre 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes ouvertes seront annulées à la fin des activités le 13 décembre 2019. Il est rappelé aux courtiers de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
