Le 17&nbsp; décembre/December 2019

	Chemesis International Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.

	Any fraction of a common share will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 11,498,813 shares.&nbsp;

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on December 20, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on December 19, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Chemesis International Inc. a annoncé la consolidation de ses actions émises et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour dix (10) actions ordinaires avant consolidation.

	Toute fraction d'une action ordinaire sera arrondie jusqu'au nombre entier le plus proche.

	Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 11 498 813 actions.

	Les actions commenceront à se négocier sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 20 décembre 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.&nbsp;

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes ouvertes seront annulées à la fin des activités le 19 décembre 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de réinscrire leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
