The Issuer has a variety of offerings in the cannabis industry, including a proprietary artificial intelligence technology for workplace and law enforcement to detect cannabis and alcohol impairment along with the cultivation of cannabis (in Jamaica), the manufacture of natural, consumable health products, as well as the development of genetic tools for opioids and cannabis dependency.
