	The common shares of Northstar Gold Corp., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/mining/northstar-gold-corp">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Northstar Gold Corp. is an early stage natural resource company engaged primarily in the acquisition, exploration and, if warranted, development of mineral properties. The Corporation is focused on exploration, development and acquisition of quality exploration properties in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. More specifically, the Corporation’s objective is to conduct an exploration program on its flagship Miller Gold Property located in the Lardner Lake Mining Division of Northeastern Ontario, 18 km south of Kirkland Lake. The Miller Gold Property consists of 84 contiguous, unpatented claim cells covering approximately 1,100 ha. All claims are 100% owned by the Corporation. The prolific Kirkland Lake mining camp has produced over 24 million ounces of gold from 7 mines since 1900.

	Northstar Gold Corp. est une société de ressources naturelles à un stade précoce qui s'occupe principalement de l'acquisition, de l'exploration et, le cas échéant, de l'exploitation de propriétés minérales. La Société se concentre sur l'exploration, le développement et l'acquisition de propriétés d'exploration de qualité dans la prolifique ceinture de Greenstone d'Abitibi. Plus précisément, l'objectif de la Société est de mener un programme d'exploration sur sa propriété phare Miller Gold, située dans la division minière de Lardner Lake, dans le nord-est de l'Ontario, à 18 km au sud de Kirkland Lake. La propriété Miller Gold se compose de 84 cellules de réclamation contigus et non brevetées couvrant environ 1 100 ha. Toutes les réclamations sont détenues à 100 % par la Société.
