	Fandom Sports Media Corp.&nbsp;has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common shares for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.

	The company will not be issuing fractional post-consolidated commons shares to shareholders in connection with the consolidation. Each fractional share remaining after conversion that is less than half of a share will be cancelled and each fractional shares that is at least half of a shares will be changed to one whole share.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 16,167,734 common shares.&nbsp;

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on February 6, 2020.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on February 5, 2020. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	La société n'émettra pas de lièvres communs post-consolidés fractionnaires aux actionnaires dans le cadre de la consolidation. Chaque fraction d’action restante après conversion qui est inférieure à la moitié d’une action sera annulée et chaque fraction d’action qui représente au moins la moitié d’une action sera remplacée par une action entière.

	Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 16 167 734 actions ordinaires.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 6 février 2020.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas. 

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes ouvertes seront annulées à la fin des activités le 5 février 2020. Il est rappelé aux courtiers de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
