	Delrey Metals Corp. has announced a name and symbol change to Carlyle Commodities Corp. (CCC) and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of seven (7) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,075,229.

	The shares will begin trading&nbsp;under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on February 18. 2020.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on February 14, 2020. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.
