	The common shares of Straightup Resources Inc., have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	The Issuer is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties.&nbsp; Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Hi-Mars Property, located approximately 17 kilometres northeast of the city of Powell River in southwest British Columbia, Canada, within the Vancouver Mining Division.
