	At the request of the company, Gravitas Financial Inc. Debenture (GFI.DB.A) and Gravitas 3.5% Secured Notes (GFI.DB.B) will be delisted on May 5, 2020.

	Settlement Terms:&nbsp; All trades May 1 and 4 will trade for cash next day. Trades on May 5 will be for cash same day.

	The debentures and notes will be delisted at market close May 5, 2020.
